Holy Cow!

So I was just looking at my blog and realized I haven't posted or written anything since before Christmas and here it is the 1st of March...man am I a slacker! Things have been crazy busy in our house the past few months. First was Christmas and that is always a crazy time of year...we had the Founders Kids Christmas Party...Grandma Jean's annual Gingerbread House party...School performances...Dance performances and then of course Christmas!!!



Wow even as naughty as we were this year Santa still came!

Lets see after Christmas came New Years which is usually a big family event since it is my sisters birthday, but not this year she went to the inlaws so everyone kinda did their own things this year. It wasn't that great of a celebration this year as the day before my office has lay offs and several of my really good friends and coworkers lost their jobs...great new years present huh?!! Thank goodness I still had my job but the whole atmosphere is the office has changed and no one is all that happy!

January flew by and February 1st was Quinn's Birthday! I can't believe my little man is 4 now. Holy cow time flies! He had his first friend birthday party this year and he had it as Jungle Jim's!

He also had a family party at the house where we just had all the family come over for cake and ice creme! As you can see by the pictures he is big into Transformers so both parties had Transformer cakes.










Now that the birthday celebrations are all done it calmed down a little. However my office combined with another office and we moved the office this past weekend to Centerville. Makes for a long commute, new coworkers, and getting used to a whole new way of doing things. Today was the first day working up there and it was an eye opening experience. You can tell this is a male dominated profession I work in because they are so inefficient! I know rude to say but they are so backwords for me its like going back in time and doing my job the way it was done 5 to 10 years ago. Hopefully they will realize how much more productive it is to do it the way I do seeing as today alone I did 3 times what any of the people from the other company did. Oh well! I guess that catches you up on everything and hopefully I won't be such a slacker with updates.
